Our Company
Peerant’s mission is to make it easy for people to connect directly with the right person in an organization, whether they be selling products or services or offering customer support. Capitalizing on the rapid uptake of soft-phones, Peerant provides Click n’ Talk, an
entirely software based peer-to-peer call routing and queuing solution for people and companies to communicate directly by voice, video or chat.
Our technology is proprietary, with a number of patents pending and also provides seamless integration of user information with agent screens by way of screen pop ups.
We aim to provide high scalability, reliability and contact center set up within minutes with no capex.
Peerant is based in Sunnyvale in the heart of Silicon Valley and is
backed by private investment. The company was spun out of Simitel, a provider of professional services and solutions for the
contact center and telecommunications industry based in North America.
