Call queuing means that several Website visitors can simultaneously request a
live contact and if all your representatives are busy attending other customers,
the contact requests will be placed in a queue until an operator becomes
available. That way you won't lose a call again because your representatives are
busy.
Call distribution means that contact requests from your Website visitors will be
spread equally between your entire team of representatives. Thus you can grow
your team to handle any amount of customer enquiries and ensure that the
workload is evenly split.
Agent availability means that a representative can temporarily change his or her
status to "unavailable" and stop receiving contact requests from your Website.
This last feature is available both in the Personal and Business plans without
restriction.
