You can upgrade from the Personal (Free) to the Business (Premium) plan at any time. You can also downgrade from the Business (Premium) to the Personal (Free) plan whenever you want. There are no special fees of any sort for upgrading or downgrading. If you downgrade to the Personal (Free) plan you will however immediately lose access to the advanced features of the Business (premium) plan.
